Joupar is among the southern altitudes of Kerman from which small mountain ranges are stretched toward the west. It passes Negar and Bardsir from the north and reaches the Barchi Mountain and Shahr-e Babak.

In Kerman it is known as Negar and in the mountain region it is called Kaleh Gav. The height of Negar, Gardan-e Khoun, Gardan-e Akhtar and Kaleh Gav mountains are respectively 2310, 2210, 2266, 2590 meters.

Itinerary:

Joupar SummitDay 1: Drive at 7 am from Kerman to Mahan and from there to Joupar village (about 2 hours drive). Move toward the shelter (about 5 hours steep climbing) and stay overnight in the shelter.

Day 2: Start to climb the summit (about 4 hours steep climbing). Return to the shelter and to our starting point.

P.S. We should clamber over the rocks somewhere en route.
