In summer, Qashqai nomads live in the northern parts of Fars
province and in winter migrate to Boushehr province and the southern parts of
Fars.
For the first night head for the nomads' summer territories and
stay in the black tents in the fertile and verdant surrounds of Zagros
Mountains. For the second night, travel 100 km eastwards to enjoy the company
and traditions of the rural people of desert.
On this tour, a plenty of historic relics will be visited and
the influence of different climatic conditions on the life style will be
observed.

Itinerary:
Day 1: Depart Shiraz for Sarhad (about 250 km); rub elbows with
different nomadic tribes. Stay overnight in their black tents to get acquainted
with the life style.
Day 2: Leave the nomads and drive towards Abarkouh (100 km) to
visit its highlights. In the afternoon enjoy desert exploring. Stay overnight in
a rural house.
Day 3: Head for Shiraz or Yazd.
