Pre-Islamic Monuments of Shiraz

The historical city of Shiraz exists from the pre-Islamic periods. In this tour you will visit some monuments from the pre-Islamic periods. Besides, also the Salt Lake and one of the nearby villages will be visited.

Itinerary:

Depart the city center towards Barm-e Delak to visit two fascinating bas-reliefs dating back to Sassanid era (30 mins), then head for Takht-e Abu Nasr for the remains of a beautiful historic citadel (30 mins). Afterwards, drive to Goshnekan village, and immerse yourselves in the beauties of the Salt Lake (30 min) en route. Finally drive back to Shiraz (1 hr).
